11. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms of use. users may request account deletion by contacting support. upon termination, all user data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgien. The place of jurisdiction is Belgien. For cross-border disputes within the eu, relevant eu regulations apply.

14. Alternative dispute resolution

For consumers within the eu, we offer the possibility to resolve disputes through the eu online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. we are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
